Marefel Alexander, CPA, brings over two decades of extensive experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting, serving businesses of all sizes. Her professional journey has equipped her with diverse expertise across various industries, including high-technology, healthcare, financial services, and non-profits. This experience has honed her skills in financial reporting, internal control processes, general ledger accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, financial statement analysis, variance analysis, cash flow projection, and regulatory reporting.

Marefel co-founded M+M Accounting Solutions, LLC in 2014, and established MC Consulting Services, LLC in 2016, which specializes in accounting and bookkeeping for non-profit organizations.  During this period, Marefel has adeptly filled roles ranging from bookkeeper to CFO,  showcasing her versatility and comprehensive expertise in financial management.

Marefel, along with her team of eight, continues to provide top-notch financial management services through MC Consulting.

Marefel earned her degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Foundation University, Philippines and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of California. She is a member of American Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).

Marefel has a rich and active life outside of her professional achievements. She enjoys unwinding at the beach, exploring new places through travel, hiking in nature, and cherishing moments with her family. Balancing work and personal passions certainly contributes to her well-rounded approach to life and work.
